- 学习是在三个层面上同时发生的
学习是同时在三个层面上发生的
第一个是学习如何做，寻找好的提升技术，战略或者合作伙伴
第二个是学习做什么，精炼或改进在某项技术，战略或者合作伙伴上的能力
第三是学习期望什么，调整绩效目标。
因为学习在这三个层面同步进行，所以三个层面会相互干扰，最终导致人们学习效率低下
