新玩家加入卡顿bug

多玩家游戏时
有玩家中途加入或者断线重连
会导致其他玩家卡顿

预估问题：
服务器瞬时发送大量帧信息

解决方案：
分开多次进行发送

客户端物体旋转BUG

根据rotation（Fixed）算方向 direction（Fixed2）时出错
在90 180 270 0 等临界值时 结果有问题
