right now it is case sensitive FOO++ != foo++

The "karma best" and "karma worst" commands currently only show a constant number of top rankings. A better implementation might be to show the top, but include all members that are tied at the cutoff point, instead of cutting off half the list.

Add ability to leave messages for other people. When that person says anything in the channel, the bot tells them the message that was left for them.

syntax:
tell

It would be great to detect current users on a channel before assigning karma. At this point it is possible to type C++ and AeroBot will give karma to c: c gained a level!.

currently, statuses are recorded by this syntax:

/^botName: (.*#status.*)/

We would like to have it shortened to this syntax:

/^`status (.+)$/

So, no need to address the bot directly, just starting the line with `status

add a staff property to the config object and only allow status store requests from the whitelisted nicks
