Rendering problem

After update Android Studio from 4.1 to 2020.3, unable to rendering the Design View inside the app, but still able to execute the app in simulator mode.
"com.android.tools.build:gradle:4.1.2" become 7.0.0
"bytecodeTargetLevel target="1.8"" become 11

Bug

Error message from rendering page is
java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
at android.view.LayoutInflater.inflate

In "LayoutInflater.java "file, unable to import "android.annotaion.LayourRest', but the file is exists in the SDK package.

Try to Fix it

1. Change Rendering Android version -- failed.
2. Clean the Project and rebuild Project -- failed
3. Invalidate Caches/ Restart program -- failed
4. Update dependencies in project gradle.xml and sync project -- failed

Issue and Solution

After searching the solution, I try to figure out my layout code one by one. Find out ones of my constraintlayout haven't proper link to other widget.

Redo the constraintlayout. -- Solved
