The camera component right now uses standard properties. As a result, if you
directly modify the OSG camera params the component will not reflect the update
values. Using dynamic properties would solve this.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Operate under heavy load or in debug mode
2. quickly select some entries in entity tree
property editor now constantly reloads its properties. This is probably caused
by some feedback loop where the entity is constantly selected and unselected.

a compile error occurs on Ubuntu 12.04 while trying to compile
eventlistenerinstancer.cpp due to an apparently bad reference to librocket. I
tried to bring this up, including a fix, in the mailing list, however it
appears to have fallen on deaf ears. Attached are the fixed source files to fix
the compile on Ubuntu.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new scene, add 2 maps to is (map1 and map2)
2. Create a spawner and save it to map2
3. Instantiate (spawn) the spawner to add an entity to map1
4. Save the scene and the two maps
5. Reload the scene: the new entity will not be created and you'll have an
error on the console saying the spawner could not be found
The reason is that maps are loaded in the order they are found the scene, so
map1 will be loaded first; when its entity is parsed the system looks for the
spawner definition, which is in map2 and it has not been loaded yet.
Possible solution: allow the editor to control the order in which maps are
displayed in the GUI and make sure this will be maintained to scene file.
For that we first need to change the MapSystem::mLoadedMaps member form set to
vector or other container for which you can control sorting. Then add some GUI
control to specify the order in which maps appear and are saved to file.

When editor is started, moving the mouse with right key pressed does not rotate
the camera as it should. After a few seconds it starts working.
This can either be OSG queueing up events somehow, or it can be a problem in
the Qt OSG integration.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an entity with a mesh
2. Activate a manipulator to move, rotate or scale the object
3. Try picking the manipulator in a place that is hidden by the object itself:
it won't activate
The problem is almost certainly due to picking, which should intersect the
manipulator first and skip the object intersections.
