Offline wallet feature

We need to provide a simple wallet key-gen tool for users that can be run offline , without any installation of dependency. It would be a simple html page they can open.

Similar to this https://txid.io/wallet/#sign

For V1:
Provide wallet generation (similar to our explorer)

Copy buttons

Add copy buttons for each key and one for both keys and text together.

(also on site/exchange where the same info is shown)
