Need to nail down some more things.

• More than blocks can store aura (players can store it in items, item entities can hold it dropped on the ground, etc)
• Connections can be between more than blocks and more than blocks?

Nodes: Container, provider (except TOP), acceptor
Pumps: Container, provider (only TOP), acceptor (except TOP)

• Aura provider and acceptor capabilities should require an instance of a container to exist, because aura flow is based on more than just "can accept, can provide" like rf is - whether aura can transfer depends on the relative levels between the two devices
