Be able to add notes and/or tags to files/folder to make them easier to find.

Context:
Not long ago, while tidying up my files I realized that a lot of them were out of place and that I didn't know what they contained, due to a not very explicit name. I think this problem could be solved with tags or descriptions that could be added to the files.
