Now that ADCS and EPS papers have been published on https://jossonline.com/, we should update the references

Each subsystem has a block diagram that can be useful to show directly in the README files. It has specific information on how modules interconnect and what each part number is, so it can visually aid the explanations in the "Conceptual Design Overview" sections

The layer stackups (specially the thickness of each layer) should be checked for correctness.

The ADCS schematic contains the I2C buffer, but it is not properly organized.

The NC drill files (.txt) are missing from the ADCS folder

The PT-PWR-EPS-002 PCB is missing the block diagram

The section titled "Additional Hardware for Testing and Software Development" is missing the part number for some of the listed components.
