Reading package lists...
W: The repository 'http://ppa.launchpad.net/mc3man/trusty-media/ubuntu xenial Release' does not have a Release file.
E: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/mc3man/trusty-media/ubuntu/dists/xenial/main/binary-amd64/Packages 404 Not Found
E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
The command '/bin/sh -c apt-get update' returned a non-zero code: 100
Could you look at that?
By my estimation you should either setup the ubuntuversion to a certain value or insert this:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mc3man/xerus-media
instead of
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mc3man/trusty-media
