catch exception from fromJSON on Nan and +-Inf
exit with a good error message.
loading patched avro jars
we have two patched jars to solve the NaN problem
both supplied with the libjars syntax
hadoop picks up only one of the two
very confusing because a different version is also available with Hadoop
test with as-planted to repro the error on the NaN
In standalone, workaround is to change HADOOP_CLASSPATH
input format schema file syntax
clarify URL need, file: is default or find better system. Ideally one would like to have to specify no schema file if same as input, but unlikely we can pull it off.
Add test for avro format MR
done, but fails of write.avro for factors, opened RA-Internal/MonsantoAvro#1
