Add the ability to trigger on multiple events

At the moment only a single event can be assigned to trigger the validation.
The option should be added to add multiple events by listing them in a comma separated string in the data-validator-trigger attribute.

Add the option to use custom validators

Validators are limited to those provided in the Gp namespace.
We need to add the option to override or add validators from a different namespace.

target only children of a selected parent

The idea is to use the validator in Ember apps. In Ember however we want to run the javascript when the didInsertElement event of the view is fired.

What we don want is to add the validator to the entire page again so we need a way to only target the new elements. In order to do so I'm planning to pass the view into the validator so we can check specifically for children.
