Welcome to SciServer's User Notebooks.

Description

This public repository contains user-contributed jupyter notebooks that they have developed for SciServer Compute.

Individual notebooks are located in folders named after the user who contributed them.

We have also included as submodules user notebook-containing repos.

Installation

This repo does not need to be installed in its entirity. You may browse the notebooks in this repo and download only the files you are interested in.

Usage

Jupyter notebooks are text files. You can open and view the contents in github. Copy the file to your local computer, then drag it into your persistent folder in Compute.

Disclaimer: SciServer did not create these Notebooks and makes no guarantee that the notebook will work as expected, or even work at all. Users should not run these notebook in Compute unless they understand exactly what it will do. Before trusting and running a notebook, users should examine the notebook to ensure that it will not affect their data or other SciServer settings.

If you do not feel that you are sufficiently experienced to evaluate a notebook you are interested in, you may contact the author.

If you would like to contribute a User Notebook to this repo, you can create a pull request with your notebook in a folder with your name.
