Не загружается файл

Привет!
Всё работало до 10 марта 2021. Ubuntu. С тех пор при попытке загрузить файл:
curl: (92) Stream error in the HTTP/2 framing layer

Добрый день.
Мне надо настроить бекап файлов сервера Windows на зарегистрированный аккаунт Fex.net
Не совсем понял как пользоваться инструментом. Исходный код вижу, а где сама утилита? Есть возможность получить exe файл под винду? Можете подсказать где взять описание API для FEX. Я бы тогда сам смог написать обмен с сервисом.

не получается загрузить файл на fex

При попытке загрузить
fex file anonymous add /Users/admin/Downloads/the-tree-LRNDRSJ.jpg

выводится такая ошибка

Или я не правильно указываю команду?

операционка - mac os 10.12.6
