Does `--keep-open` even make sense? about hn-cli

Intuitively, I think its makes sense if did some kind of background refresh. You click a link, open your browser, read the article, do something else for a while, but when you come back to the terminal, you have the new current stories. Just a suggestion!

@Gandalf- We already have a refresh feature that you can fire by hitting the r key. I don't want to do background refresh because it's likely to be unexpected than the opposite.

I think we should kill that flag as well, i don't feel uncomfortable pressing 'r' (im on mobile, and i forgot the icon shortcuts , sorry about that lol) to refresh the entries. I truly believe at the simplicity of things, I would say hn-cli could keep at this goal.

Oh sorry @rafaelrinaldi i was thinking about a completely different thing! My bad! I was thinking about the refresh feature mentioned above. But talking about the keep-open feature we should rid the option but keep open instead of the current default value which is false.

I'm going to kill the --keep-open feature. I really don't see the point of having it if there are other ways to close the program. It should be backwards compatible since the flag will be harmless anyway.
