OpenVPN is assigning IPs in the 10.8.0.x range, and it doesn't remember which device was assigned which IP. You may want to experiment with assigning static IPs directly in the .ovpn file. A conversation about this exists over here: pivpn/pivpn#257

Because this is a configuration which isn't absolutely essential for getting this off the ground, and I believe I had directed you to a solution, I'm going to close this issue. Feel free to re-open or create a new one if this doesn't sort you out.
