MRD Version 2 explolation

MRD Playground

This repo is an illustration of how yardl could be used to develop the next generation of the ISMRMRD/MRD standard.

To get started:

1. Open the repo in GitHub Codespaces or a VS Code Devcontainer.
2. Generate code from the yardl model:

   cd model
   yardl generate
   

3. Build the project:

   cd ../cpp && mkdir -p build && cd build
   cmake ..
   ninja
   

4. Perform example reconstruction:

   ./mrd_phantom -s | ./mrd_stream_recon | ./mrd_stream_to_hdf5 images.h5
   

5. Display the images using the display.ipynb notebook
