bulk_add: What is the item_id?

Maybe I am missing something obvious, but what should I use as item_id when I am adding new URLs?
I tried to use incremental numbers, but I am getting titles and preview images of sites I haven't added.

Does This API Wrapper Provide The Tags of Each Article?

I have successfully used the library to extract my list but it appears that the tags aren't included. I see from the readme file that tags can be edited but I'm not understanding why they aren't included as a key/value pair like the rest of the info is. Please let me know if I'm missing something or if this wrapper doesn't provide the tags associated with each article. Thank you!

implement get_user_profile

This is needed because integration with django-allauth or any other library may need the user's identity which is provided when requesting access token information. Therefore, to prevent breaking the API and removing get_access_token call, i should just implement the get_user_profile which returns the access token along with the username.

Passing consumer key to get_request_token is redundant

Because we provide the consumer key upon instantiation.
