Download this project folder as zip and... ENJOY! Unzip on every place you want have your XAMPP suite! (I use it on a pendrive, to have the latest version and all of my databases/apps on the go).
To start your XAMPP installation, check for the "xampp-control.exe".
NOTE: Remind to "run as administrator"!
