I assume because of:
FPSToAverage[id][averagefpsnum[id]] = UserFPS[id];
DistToAvg[id][averagefpsnum[id]] = distance_to_ground( id );

Issue is when compiling the .sma file, a warning pops up stating a "tag mismatch" at line 683 in the "exclude steamids" file.
