What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create user 1 with email id [email protected]
2. Create user 2 with email id [email protected]
3. Edit user 2's email to [email protected]
4. "recover password" for "[email protected]"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Either:
a. Upon entering [email protected], the system should give an option of 
"which user" we want to recover the pwd of, or
b. An email should be sent to [email protected] with _all_ the usernames 
associated with [email protected] and reset passwords for each.

I prefer solution 2, with a "notification" in the thanks message saying the 
password for $number usernames has been sent to $emailAddress

Instead, I get ONE email at [email protected], with the access details of 
only _one_ user. Testing shows that the other username's password did not 
even change!

What it will do: It enables a user to login with a valid id/password 
combination.

I would like to see a list of all users matching this criteria. So far I 
only see a further question asking me to specify the year. What if I want 
to see _all_ B.Tech users?

Ideal behavior should be similar to the ITBHUGlobal V1 system. Once the 
search form is submitted, the result should be a [paginated] list of users 
matching the query. Options for refining the search can be given, but 
should not be the _only_ thing visible.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

3. Select BTech and 1983
4. Select any result and click on continue

I should see the user profile. User gets logged out

Feature Name: Add role

What it will do: Enables admin to add/edit role.

Drupal Installation

Background: The user side of ITBHU Alumni will migrate to Drupal for better
security, plugin support and also for scalability reasons.

Task to be done:
  * Get the installation of Drupal 5.12 done.
  * The above version supports ADVPoll http://drupal.org/project/advpoll
which would be integrated with the site in the upcoming releases.

Tasks to be identified in this ticket
  * How to change the UI. Better if we can make it skinnable.
  * How to add new fields to the registration fields and user profile.
  * How to make custom changes with an option to upgrade Drupal version
whenever possible.

Feature Name: Admin Approval(New)

Feature Name: Detailed authorization process

What it will do: Based on some criteria users will be assigned claim/new 
register request to moderate on. And moderator should be able to 
approve/reject a claimed/new profile assigned to him.

1. http://itbhu.web-01.neevtech.com/home/index.html has  horizontal
scroller. The copy message is also not correct
2. "I am not here" button appears on "No search Results" Page
3. The textboxes at http://itbhu.web-01.neevtech.com/home/regverify.html
are too long. Can make then much shorter
4. Copy at http://itbhu.web-01.neevtech.com/home/regmail.html should be
more meaningful.

Feature Name: ITBHUGlobal.org 2.0

What it will do:
Replace the following current user's private areas -
- Self-profile Management
- Search/contact other Alumni / Faculty / Students
- Forums, Polls, Photo Gallery etc.
- Administrator / Authorizer 's Area

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Claim an ID from the existing MGL

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to be able to choose my own username, much like I get when I do a 
registration when my name is not in the MGL

Instead, the system auto-assigns me a username, which I cannot change.

Please provide any additional information below.

To solve this, we can either ask the "claimer" for a username, like we do 
for people who cannot find their names in the MGL, or allow each user to 
"change" their username whenever they want (less preferred).

Feature Name: Add Chapter

What it will do: Enables Admin to add/edit chapter.

What it will do: When a user is not able to find her/his existing unclaimed 
profile in the system, s/he can request for a fresh registration.

What it will do: Enables a user to send mails to any other user.

What it will do: It will allow admin to import users from a fixed format 
CSV file. 

CSV Data Import 

2.1.    Master Graduate list (MGL)
This is the master list of all the graduates from ITBHU alumni. This list
is provided by the registrar office/alumni cell from year 1930-2005. Future
list will be maintained on yearly basis. It contains following information: 
2.1.1.  Name
2.1.2.  Year of graduation
2.1.3.  Branch
2.1.4.  Degree [B.Tech, M.Tech, PhD]
2.1.5.  Roll Number
2.1.6.  Enrolment number (can be used for Degree request by alumni).
This list will also contain the information of current student batch with
an expected year if graduation.

Animesh to provide a clean sheet from which the data can be imported and
assign the issue back to Bajaj.
