Update the README

It is rather light on information considering what lives within the PDF that is within the source tree. Spend some time, update it & experiment with github's pull request & diff mechanism a bit.

Saving a graph does not maintain last known display layout.

When saving a graph, the layout is not saved as part of the file. Thus, when loading a graph, the default behavior is to simply re-render the draw sequence. It would be nice if the prior render state was somehow remembered and stored as part of the graph.
