Make use of the `id`s on `Post`s to enable deep linking

It'd be nice to be able to share a link to a specific post in the stream of posts such that I can:

  • click on the link,
  • be taken to the post in the proper position of the stream at render time
  • be able to scroll up and down as seems fit.

Better Error Handling

An error upstream (e.x. a failed fetch) shouldn't throw a spanner into the works. We should handle these errors gracefully.
