Add Equity button/ Fix 500 error

• Added Change Equity button to the dashboard
  • The placeholder values are the current values of Sweat Equity and Stand Equity
  • The changes will only affect transactions going forward and will not change anything in the past

• Fixed the 500 error received when signing out of the kiosk page
