WELIFE

WELIFE is a user-friendly web application that connects like-minded health-conscious users, allowing them to come together and form a close knit community.

The idea of WELIFE emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic when many people's daily routine is interrupted. Many of us have no choice but work and study from home, with generated many problems such as unhealthy eating, worsening work-life balance, sendentary lifestyle and physical inactivity. Therefore, we hope to create a web application where people can keep track of their daily exercise duration, time spent on work and relaxation, as well as the food they consume everyday. Given the importance of hygiene in this situation, we have also specially designed a function in WELIFE where users can track their progress in practicing good personal hygiene.

We hope with WELIFE, users can keep track of their new lifestyle, motivate one another and promote the idea of healthy living.

When using our app, DO NOT refresh the page after logging in as this will automatically log you out of our web application. If you accidentally refreshed the page, go to the Navigation Bar and log in again.

Quick start

Quick start options:

• Clone the repo: git clone https://github.com/lindameh/Team-Alley.git.
• Run npm install or yarn install
• Run npm run serve to start a local development server
