redis garbage collection

  • throw out old transactions once snapshots have been cached.
  • clear out transactionKeys when possible (makes this list mutable, may be dangerous / expensive)
  • throw out old snapshot caches and newer snapshots are created

Unable to get app up and running

Per README's instructions, I've started all the daemons (after fixing #1 ;)) but when I go to the "main page" there's nothing there.

OK, so when I hit that with a browser I am unable to get anything to run :-/ This might be my complete unfamiliarity with node but.....uh, shouldn't this work?
