Dependabot couldn't authenticate with https://pypi.python.org/simple/.

Hi!

After install all the prerequisites (psutils included) y execute the "build_exe.bat", then when execute rastrea2r.exe it gave me the error:

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "rastrea2r_windows.py", line 14, in
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'psutil'
[14388] Failed to execute script rastrea2r_windows

But the psutil modules is already installed.
