Need support for this use case.

Currently the connections to the remote host are made on a per command execution basis. This is very costly and it would be good if there is a connection Pool for better performance.

Shouldn't this line in JSchBackedSshKnowHowImpl read Math.min for the poolSize. This appears that it will run into too many connection type errors.

System.out.println(results.getOutput());

results = ssh.executeCommand("ls- la");
System.out.println(results.getOutput());
 //Empty List !!
			
results = ssh.executeCommand("uname -a");
System.out.println(results.getOutput());
 // Able to get the output.

When the above code is executed, the second command does not return any output (because it has errors), but since there are no visible warnings, the user is at a loss on what happened.

When the SimpleSSH is used in a main method, the main thread completes but the Jsch still runs.
