.Fragment is empty so extractAccessToken fails.

I found in my server rhel 6.6 YUM has some issue,that are releted to the python.
So i shifted my python from lovcation /usr/local/bin to /usr/bin. after that when i am trying to use YUM, it gave me MSG that is module yum not compatible with python 2.6.6 and GCC 4.4.3.
For resolving this issue I was moved some of the libgcc_s.so.1 library to the /usr/bin and for applying changes i am simply reboot(hard reboot) my server.From that time it is not booting and showing below given msg that are.
kernel panic -not syncing:attempted to kill init!

after that it showing some of the call tracer.
Now am trying to load the previous kernel but unfortunately i have only one single cornnel in my system.so not working. trying to set SELINUX=0 and enforcing=0 but still same issue.
Is it possible in rescue mode to resolve the all issues and use my server like previous.

I have 64bit windows 8.1 and when I minimize Rhel it disappears from task bar and only way to open it again is to alt+tab to it
