query: "org:reactjs Translation Progress in:title is:open"

It only query the open issue, but I close reactjs/zh-hans.react.dev#602 because we complete almost all translations. However, we have a new page recently. You can work on reactjs/zh-hans.react.dev#1292 if you want. :)
