This bug was born by the addition of the PrefixInserter

Currently the CoproductBuilder.add method only takes a type parameter which specifies the type of the product to add. The Parser and Appender that the parser and appender methods generate are derived from the set of types collected by the add method.
This enhancement would add variants to the add method that allow to customize some aspects of each product that affect the Appender and Parser given later by the appender and parser methods.
