Thunderbird 68 ESR compatibility

Now that Thunderbird 60 is done, let's swiftly move on to this years new ESR, 68.

Most important issue: bindings.xml needs to be replaced as bindings are deprecated.

Is this supposed to work for 60.6.1 ? I tried to install it using .zip and it says File may be Damaged.

improve sound playback through HTML5

instead of using nsIFileURL.file.launch() for mp3 playback use a different (async) message for sound delivery. The launch is problematic as it may take over the users current music player and also may stop the main thread for the duration of the sound.
