"migr8" is stupid - not cute at all

Abitrary hints can be added to migration classes

[Migration(4, "Do something")]
[Hint("no-transaction")]
class SomeMigration : ISqlMigration { ... }

or SQL scripts

-- Do something
-- hints: no-transaction;

...

which may/may not be picked up by the execution engine when migrating (in this case, disabling the use of a transaction around the migration).

A new hint should be added for setting the SQL command timeout. This would make it possible to have a pretty low SQL command timeout as default, and then one could increase the timeout for migrations known to take a long time to execute.

The hint should be specified as either

[Hint("sql-command-timeout: 00:30:00")]

on a migration class, or

-- hints: sql-command-timeout: 00:30:00

in an SQL script file.

i.e. decouple the migrator from the actual SQL calls, and allow for future implementation of additional dialects - atm only SQL Server 2008 R2 has been tested and is known to work
