A billing system for mining/PvE costs for corps/alliances.

Thanks to dysath/denngarr for writing the original plugin. Development has been taken over by recursivetree from 13. February 2022. To find the applied changes, please consult the git history.

Quick Installation:

See the instruction over at the seat documentation.

The package name is recursivetree/seat-billing.

You should schedule a job running billing:update once at the beginning of a new month. It will finish the bill for the last month.

A second command billing:update:live should be added to the schedule automatically. It updates the data for the current month once a day. If you just installed the plugin and don't see any data, you can try to run it manually.

Known issues

• Characters changing corporations causes all kind of issues.

No sort available in previous bills

As a title said, there are no sorting in previous bills tabs
and no alliance select menu.

FEATURE: Exclude Mining Ops from billing

We are currently fetching all mining ledgers and the tool will calculate the taxes from it. Now we have some alliance mining ops where all the stuff will directly given to alliance. We would like to exclude the results of those alliance mining ops from calucation of the taxes. This could be done by two possible ways maybe?

1. Blacklist a defined Moon / Belt / Signature / Citadel from calculation
2. Blacklist a timespan from calculation

Both in combination would be really the end level.

Attempting to Make Payment to Another User Tax Code Not Applying Properly

We had user leave the corp who will not be coming back.
I tried to make a payment against his tax code and it didn’t apply to him, it applied to my account.

Either this or we need a way to nullify an individual invoice.

Menu icon is missing

As a title said:

New Corp Member Billed for Ore Mined Prior to Joining

We had a brand new corp member getting taxed for ore he mined in October while not part of our Corp. See below. While part of our Corp, he only mined 6 blocks worth of ice.

Feature Request: Ability to Tax Corps at Different Rates

We have multiple corps using our SeAT, but they want to handle their taxing differently than our group does. The plugin doesn’t allow for setting tax rates for certain corps different. It is current all or nothing.

Adding this additional flexibility would be a huge asset

Feature Request: Ability to Add a Custom Invoice Due Date

Our group requires payment on mining invoices before 30 days. There is presently no way to set a custom timeframe before an invoice is considered past due.

Please add this feature.

Feature Request: Ability to Review Payments Made Against Invoices from SeAT

While troubleshooting payments against invoices, it would be helpful for the plug-in to show what payments, if any, have been applied to an invoice and when.

Feature Request - Copy to clipboard

Heya. Only something small but could the tax codes and amounts owed be made so you can click it and it goes to clipboard. Helps with ease and insures no errors made when copy and pasting.

Feature Request: Change Tax Rates for Specific Time Period

We are wanting to do Corp-benefit mining ops where all proceeds go to the corp. What we don’t want is the guys to then get taxed for their efforts from the event.

Monthly Invoices Generated for Wrong Corps

We have, based on feedback from Discord chat, that any corps listed in the Whitelisted section are the only corps who will receive billing and invoices for ores mined.

that doesn’t appear to be the case.

Non-corp individuals are showing an invoice has been generated.

The Settings page should also provide clarifying text as to what and how the Whitelist will impact corps listed in comparison to corps not listed.
