Tab Tree Glitch

Hi, I am using using linux debian to be exact. I have tried this repo on firefox 116 and mercury browser(fork of firefox)
As you can see in attached picture I have following issues

Github icon is somewhat light and if the tab is focused github icon is invisble
the space between tab tree and main window there is some white space theme and cross icon is half hidden

can you point me what I am doing wrong and if possible guide me

It's difficult to find the scroll bar of Tree Style Tab

After using the customized CSS, the scroll bar of Tree Style Tab will be hidden.

The last one is Microsoft Edge's scrool bar, and it's recognizable.

How do I hide the controller buttons?

I removed the controller styles settings but they still appear. How can I modify the theme to not show them? Nothing else in the css files seems to effect them.
