Any file that imports canvas-to-blob cannot be tested, because index.js references window without first checking whether it exists. If index.js checked whether window exists first, files that import it could be tested.

I am trying to use your polyfill in Edge 44, and toBlob.supported is true despite that HTMLCanvasElement.prototype.toBlob is undefined.

Is that because toBlob.supported is talking about whether the polyfill you implemented is supported? From the NPM page I thought it meant whether the toBlob method was supported.
