Convert to maven pom and remove the IDE specific files. I'm working on it now, maybe soon I'll do a PR.

The command line helpers are getting the libs from the ant_home environment variable, and the libs must be released with anteater.

Maybe its time to think in the release process, and how the libs will be liberated, for maven repositories and for final users.

Implement support parameters as Manifest, FileSet, ClassPath ...

Tests import js and xml (target ant already existing)

• Unofficial version 0.1 (conception milestone issues opened).
• Official version 1.0 (all conception milestone issues closed)

• Check feasibility of implementing macrodef
• Implement method target using lambda expression.

• Dependency with ANT_HOME and JAVA_HOME.
• Add JAVA_HOME\lib\tools.jar in classpath (if exists)
• Support user classpath var
• Define parameters -Dant.home and -Dant.library.dir
• Each build file will a project. When import should be set a project name that will used to access its targets("projectname.target"). Default project this name will default".
• Create setDefault target function. The first target to execute.(CORRECTION): For use default target is only call execute target in end of the build file.
