It's preferably should be based on existing PHList.

• Implement basic PRecord type
• Allow user-defined PTypes based on PRecord (derive instances via PNewtype)
• Derive PRecord generically (via generic-sop)

• Flatten list appends into a single list literal whenever possible [1] + [2] + [3] + [] $\rightarrow$ [1,2,3]

Some general way (PMonad?) should be preferred, but ad-hoc solutions (for example, only PIO effect) could work also.
