Make checkupdate call configurable

Actually the checkupdate-script is defined directly inside our code. It would be better if everybody could configure the called script over the plugin configuration.

After this change also other users of linux distributions can use this plugin and configure their own update call.

Also check for AUR updates

Actually we only check for system updates over checkupdates. There is also a package to check for AUR updates, which is calles checkupdates-aur which can be installed over yaourt.

Make this check optional over the plugin config (check for AUR updates yes/no).

Show MessageTray Notificaton on new updates available

If new updates are available, show a MessageTray Notification (not error).
Dont show a Notification for every update check. Only show one every, idk, maybe 24 hours (or after restart).

A user can configure critical updates

A user can configure critical updates over normal strings. We have to check if this string is inside one of the update strings.

For example: The user set the following critical update string: mysql;postgres

• First split the string into mysql and postgres
• Now check every update string if it contains mysql or postgres
• If so, set the applet icon to critical update (red)
