Feature Request: add shifting

Hi!

Very handy tool, especially in Chip Tuning, thanks for the development.
It would be very nice to have ability to add shifting (left, right, up, down, like in Fairdell HexCmp2) while creating a patch.

Hope this will not introduce overhead, looking forward to the release.

DiffPatchWpf silently abends after choosing files to compare and clicking DIFF button

I'm attaching the three events that show up in Event Viewer. I am not skilled in Windows debugging at a level that is probably needed so let me know if you need something else. I don't feel comfortable attaching the two files being compared (they are small though, about 5k each) to a public post like this but could submit them if I had a private email to send them to.
