Setting Custom API Endpoint In App has no Effect

Issue

At present, the current app build only seems to support authenticating to api.resgrid.com. Changing this setting seems to have no effect.

I could clone the repo and create a custom build with a custom API endpoint set at build time but this seems excessive. It would be pretty awesome if changing this setting in the app worked.
