Warn if $(cat /proc/sys/kernel/yama/ptrace_scope) is non-zero

Warning should be shown if attaching to target process fails and kernel.yama.ptrace_scope is non-zero. Suggested fixes are echo 0 | sudo tee /proc/sys/kernel/yama/ptrace_scope and running ramfuck as root. The latter is obviously not recommended.

Documentation

Boring as fuck. The comments in cli.c can be used as a starting point.

Array support for ramfuck DSL

Big and annoying task, but must have (or some other way to search & manipulate strings and arrays).

Refactoring of config command

Otherwise OK, but a more expressive way to assign and display configuration item values is needed. Many configuration items are C-style bitwise enums, so some handling for those at minimum.

Also config.c needs minor refactoring or it will turn ugly once there are more than a few configuration items.

Refactoring of command system

The current way of implementing all commands in cli.c is ugly.
