demos's Issues

Update demo template

The demo template does not match the one on the website.

We need to simplify it so that it can be templatized when put into the website with little work.

list use cases

It would be nice if the demos listed which use cases (and possibly requirements) they cover. E.g. the 'basic implementation' case covers 4.1 art direction, 4.2 design breakpoints, etc. This would make it easier to see what UC&Rs we still need demos for.

Demos should "just work"

When we have time, we should make sure demos are polyfilled (if they are not already).

@Wilto has a picture compatible version of picturefill we can use already, I think.

Credit the demos

The demo's should indicate who made them (i.e, link to the person's twitter, webpage, or github account).

Demo media should be served off CDN

in order to gain some experience with handling responsive images from a CDN, we would like to move serve the image content off CDN Connect.

Generic template for demos

It would be nice to have a generic template for demos. The demos generally have a similar look and feel, but it would be good if that was more tied to the overall RICG branding.

Demos are where?

Hi, I am confused by demo-repos on RCIG.

Found out you have demos incl in respimg.org repo but commit doesn’t show up?
Now saw that here in 'demos' there is a branch 'polyfilled' containing some demos.

What is the right place to merge new demos in? And what about the others?
If you can shortly explain I can organize and remove unnecessary branches.
