Private list of registered participants
Need a place to keep a private list of those participating.
Meeting coordinators
The info page should contain the contacts for the people organizing the meeting.
Catering
Need to make sure dietary requirements of guests are catered for.
Remote participation
It would be nice if people could join remotely and take part. Some options include Google+, Vidyo, etc.
Information page about meeting
We need printable information page about the meeting. Would be ideal to just have it as a HTML page with the RICG look and feel.
Right now, the README.md file contains a little bit of this information.
Document meeting
Add details about what happened in each slot during the day.
What time should the meeting start/end
10am-5pm?
Add slides to repo and agenda
