Decryptor/encryptor tool for PXD Archive (PARC) files used in Ryu Ga Gotoku games.

Usage

USAGE:
    PARCrypt.exe <INPUT> [OPTIONS]

ARGS:
    <INPUT>            Input file

OPTIONS:
    -o, --out          Output file
    -d, --decrypt      (Default: true) Decrypt the input file
    -e, --encrypt      (Default: false) Encrypt the input file
    -k, --key          Key file
    --help             Print help information
    --version          Print version information
