PID calculation is currently very crude and does not handle shiny Pokemon. It should be improved.

Eevee should show error messages in the event it cannot generate a PKM. For example, attempting to generate a Pokemon without 4 moves will throw an uncaptured error.

Data is taken from Veekun's repo meaning there may be inconsistencies between that data and gen 4 data. We should check to make sure Pokemon learnsets are consistent with gen 4 and not gen 6.

Eevee has not undergone any testing whatsoever. In order to test Eevee, we should compare Eevee's output files with those of PokeGen.

Currently move PP is set to 0. This needs to be auto-filled.
