NavBar phone burger duplication

Describe the bug

On a smaller screen, the navbar burger menu appears duplicated.

Steps to reproduce

Cannot be replicated in DevTools through screen resizing; manifests solely on physical devices. Both Chrome and Safari.

Expected behavior

Anticipated outcome includes a singular burger menu with its corresponding close button.

Additional feature request

It would be advantageous to integrate an auto-close functionality for the NavBar on mobile devices when the respective option is selected. Additionally, implementing the closure of an open NavBar burger menu upon tapping outside, akin to modals, would enhance user experience.
