Not loading file when server startup

Everytime need using /realtime reload world.json to active the file when start a server

world time continues on

World time continues on after installing this plugin, only getting back in sync with server time once the sync interval comes.
Setting doDaylightCycle to False fixes it until server restarts

This didn't happen before updating from 1.17.1 to 1.18.2

Server version: Purpur 1.18.2-1632
Previous Server version: Purpur 1.17.1-1428

Multiple issues

There should be a wiki on how to look into getting timezone codes for peoples areas, its near impossible to find how to without that info

when you attempt to do: /realtime time it will spam chat when you get past "time" and say the file doesnt exist when it clearly does.

Also, was able to discover timecodes a little bit and used "US/Indiana" as a baseline and it does not work whatsoever. It seems that time is moving at normal MC speed and not Real Time
