the skeleton compiles with errors so far
The program works now except for the plot and the saving of data in a csv-file (which will be the last thing I'll do..).
But: The results are quite strange....The printed Kd- value is really high and I'm not sure why? Could you maybe check if you can find the mistake? Maybe there is some problem of assigning the right corresponding values to each other?
Thanks!
Hey
ref = prog.define_reference_peak(trace_list, accepted_offset=0.25)
print("trace_list:"+str(trace_list))
print("ref:"+str(ref))
getestet.
Danke!
Hi, I arrived to this repository looking for a way to extract the data from fsa files. I am guessing your https://gitlab.tu-berlin.de/r.giessmann/fsa_to_csv_converter tool might do the trick, but doesn't seem to be public right now. Would it be possible for you to share this? Many thanks in advance!
Rafa
Hallo
traceback (most recent call last): File "C:\Users\K\Desktop\Programm\New_data_and_method.py", line 33, in <module> ref = footprint.generate_averaged_negative_control(trace_list,accepted_offset=0.5) File "C:\Users\K\Desktop\Programm\footprint.py", line 213, in generate_averaged_negative_control correct_peaks_with_factor(trace,determine_factor_numerically(conc_0_traces[0],trace)) File "C:\Users\K\Desktop\Programm\footprint.py", line 407, in determine_factor_numerically for peak in trace.peaks: NameError: global name 'trace' is not defined
Danke!
When determining the factor numerically, it seems that peaks with a large peak_height
influence the RMSD value stronger than they should.
Maybe we should change the RMSD calculation to a relative approach, i.e. calculating deviations in percent points instead of absolute height differences?
