A modern and component-based solution would be much better.

The user should be able to change the bookmark titles

Use should be able to order (draggable, maybe) the bookmarks

The user should be able to mark the bookmark as done or undone.

The undone strategy should be decided on first.

Add Unit testing using Mocha, Jest, Karma, Protractor of whatever is relevant.

Bookmark button should be greyed out in an already bookmarked page

Better name ideas here

It can either be a random or a user-determined one.

It should be at the top of the page. Card design might be a good idea (but less colorful and minimalistic)

Description can come from meta:description tag, while the image from meta:image
